My partner and I engaged Sally at Loomis Improvements to do some refreshing and minor remodeling on our new mid-century ranch in Wheat Ridge. While Sally was a referral from some family who was happy with their experience, we went in with moderate expectations as we’ve all heard contractor horror stories - projects that were over budget, past time frame, and so on. Sally exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was stellar - we received almost daily updates on progress, and our (frequent) questions were answered oftentimes in a matter of hours or less. The project was probably 90% complete at the halfway mark of the initial timeframe estimate. Near the end we were *under* budget and so had the electrician complete a few extras I was going to do myself. Sally even answered questions - both on feasibility and budget - around various accessories (light fixtures, etc.) we were purchasing!

Sally was both professional and pleasant to work with. Communication was direct, clear, prompt, and friendly. Sally sweated the details and in the end made sure we were happy and satisfied. I would absolutely recommend Loomis Improvements for your next refresh/remodel project!
